What you will be doing
We are recruiting for our Royal Wootton Bassett based client for an ambitious Business Development Executive.
Working as part of a small but dynamic team that are responsible for finding customers that want exhibition stands designed and built.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for calling and managing their own shows both in the UK and overseas.
As part of your ongoing training you will be expected to visit exhibitions and trade shows in the UK and overseas to meet potential and existing clients.
It will be your responsibility to call and manage exhibitor lists at shows around the world and build and manage your own pipeline documents. You will be targeted on finding quality opportunities each week so this will require great skill and tenacity.
As part of your training you will be expected to visit exhibitions in both the UK and abroad with an experienced member of the team.
What we are looking for in the candidate
You must hold a UK passport, have your own vehicle and be capable of occasionally working out of normal hour’s on-site in the UK or overseas visiting clients and exhibitions.
Nice to have but not essential
Second language would be advantageous but not essential (Basic Spanish, French or Italian)
Experience of Marketing, Exhibitions or Events
Social Media Skills
